Planer
feed
implies
the
distance
in
mm
which
the
cutting
tool
travels
at
right
angle
to
the
direction
of
motion
of
the
worktable
at
the
beginning
of
each
cutting
stroke.
Planer depth of cut is the distance in mm by which the tool digs into the workpiece during the cutting stroke. In other words, depth of cut is the thickness of metal removed in one cut. Some values of planer speed, feed and depth of cut.
