General Production Slotters - General production slotters are .the common category of slotters mostly used for general production work.

Such slotters can be divided into two types;

(a) those having ordinary solid: body, and

(b) those in which the body of the slotter can be tilted. A tilting body slotter enables accurate internal and external tapers to be machined with ease.
